Jamie Macbeth

Jamie serves as the President and Managing Broker of Genesee Commercial Group, and is responsible for overall management of the company, as well as direct marketing, leasing, and sales. He has been a successful commercial real estate agent in Denver for 32 years, with 27 years of experience in his present position. His 500,000 square foot portfolio includes 25 buildings for lease or sale representing the landlord. Jamie is actively involved in tenant and buyer representation. He has the drive, experience, and knowledge to help achieve the best possible transaction for the client. His well-rounded experience helps in completing successful leases and sales. Jamie has averaged 25 leases and 3 sales transactions the last 10 years. Jamie has a Masters of Business Administration from Kent State University in Ohio. He has an Active State of Colorado Real Estate Brokers license and is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors, Evergreen Chamber of Commerce, Colorado Real Estate - LinkedIn, The Nature Conservancy, and Trout Unlimited.

Renee has been involved in Commercial Real Estate in the Denver area for over 17 years. Her background includes representation of landlords, tenants, sellers and purchasers of both office and industrial properties. She has represented commercial portfolios for owners that include such diverse properties as office buildings, restaurants, health clubs, retail strip centers, and vacant land. Renee has consulted owners on the portfolio's future income earning potential, rewritten loans, leased a building that had been vacant for three years by using innovative marketing techniques, and managed construction of an office building, then leased it to 97% occupancy in one year. Some of her clients include Regis University, Think Smart Learning Centers, Adult Care Supreme, Bonfils-Stanton Foundation, and Contract Furnishings. She successfully negotiates more than 40 lease and three sale transactions annually.


William Netwal

William is a Senior Broker with Genesee Commercial Group and has been active in commercial real estate for approximately twelve years in Colorado. Prior to joining Genesee Commercial Group, William worked for the real estate brokerage division of a well established local developer in Arvada, Colorado. Extensive product knowledge coupled with creative ideas for marketing properties and a solid history of sales success, William has been involved in completing approximately 450,000 square feet of office/land/industrial type leases and sales transactions. These transactions vary from very basic to extremely complex laboratory space. With a firm background in leasing and sales, his main focus is centered on landlord and tenant representation transactions. He is also involved in land sales/ acquisition. Strong analytical and planning skills, combined with the ability to coordinate the efforts of many to meet a common goal provide William with a proven ability to close transactions. William's main focus is in the West Denver market, which includes both office and industrial properties. He is currently affiliated with Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors. William holds an active State of Colorado Real Estate Broker's License.

Barbara is a graduate from the California Polytechnic University in California. Upon her graduation in 1985 she received a Bachelors’ of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing and Management. She acquired her first real estate license in California in 1986 and has been active in the purchase, sale and ownership of commercial real estate in 5 states. Since relocating to Colorado in 1992 she has become a licensed employing broker and has owned her own real estate brokerage firm. She spent five years as the managing partner for several large real estate investment groups. Barbara joined the Genesee Commercial Group in 2009 to refocus on sales. She specializes in the sale and trading of commercial properties including; multifamily, retail, industrial, office and land. In 2008 she closed over $18M in transactions. Barbara is a member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors and the Mile High Exchange Group. She is currently a CEC candidate.

Tim Rogers has been in commercial real estate in the Denver market since 1997, focusing exclusively on the West Denver/Jefferson County market. Tim has maintained long standing relationships with clients ranging from national institutional clients to small locally owned entrepreneurs. Tim works with both tenants and building owners, to interpret the changing market dynamics to craft unique solutions for his clients so that they are able to align their real estate with their business objectives. Tim brings proficiency in leasing, sales, and acquisitions with over six hundred completed transactions in your neighborhood.


T. Blake Rogers

A Denver native, T. Blake Rogers (T. or just Tim) joined Genesee Commercial Group in 2014 as an Associate Broker. Tim spent the first 15 years of his professional career in sales and recruiting roles for such companies as Qwest, United Rentals and Air Methods. During that time, Tim has garnered a high level of understanding of how business’s operate, communicate and manage their growth. It is with that experience and expertise in sales and project management as well his intricate knowledge of the West Denver Submarket that Tim decided to apply those skills at Genesee Commercial Group.

Tim is a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Speech Communication and a minor in History. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado and member of DMCAB. Tim is an avid golfer, runner, wiffle ball player and is at current, a very average tennis player as well.


Jim Crocker

Jim Crocker is the property manager for Genesee Commercial Group and brings over 20 years of commercial property management experience. Jim has managed commercial real estate throughout the Rocky Mountain west since 1988. Most recently Jim handled a portfolio of resort, office and retail properties for Vail Resorts that spanned Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Breckenridge and Park City, Utah. He delivered a full range of services including owner and tenant relations, vendor contracts, budgeting and expense management and lease review. Prior to Vail Resorts Jim was a manager with CBL & Associates, managing their commercial real estate portfolio for 6 years in Loveland, CO. He also was Operations Manager for a regional shopping center in West Valley, Utah. Originally from Utah, Jim is also a graduate of the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. 

Jim has 3 grown children and enjoys travel and hiking. He had a goal to climb all of Colorado’s 14ers but decided 27 of them were enough.


Helen Pietranczyk

Helen Pietranczyk is the Office Manager / Transaction Coordinator for Genesee Commercial Group. Helen joined the company in March of 2015, and brings 20+ years of corporate business and client service experience.

Helen has worked in several different businesses, including financial services, residential title, nonprofit and most recently, education. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Helen was the Manager of Retail Call Center Services for Key Bank NA for 10 years before moving to Denver 12 years ago. She also has experience with acquisitions and mergers, fund raising and was an Operations Manager.

Helen attended Geneseo State College in New York; she brings to Genesee Commercial Group a wealth of experience in client service, operations and communication.


Michelle Koster

Michelle Koster is the Property Management Administrative Assistant for Genesee Commercial Group and joined the company in August 2016.

Michelle has over 20 years of real estate and title insurance experience as a transaction coordinator, marketing coordinator, national commercial title coordinator and residential/commercial closer. Prior to beginning her career in real estate and title insurance in 1995, Michelle worked for a petroleum equipment company and a residential HOA property management company.

Michelle studied business administration at Western State College in Gunnison Colorado. Her hobbies include traveling, gardening and antique tractor pulling.
